Terms and conditions
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 12-10-2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Mahem Technologies website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Separate written agreements may govern specific software projects, consulting engagements, or training programmes; those agreements will control the relevant engagement where applicable.
2. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information about our services and programmes. We aim to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free, or always available.
3. Permitted Use
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, introduce malicious code, or misuse forms.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to provide.
- Do not copy, republish, or commercially exploit website materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
4 . Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by Mahem Technologies or used with permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A project contract should define ownership and licensing of deliverables, source code, training materials, and participant submissions.
5. Service Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, or constitute a binding quotation. Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, acceptance criteria, support, confidentiality, and intellectual-property terms should be agreed in writing before work starts.
6. Training and Internships
Programme availability, eligibility, fees, schedule, attendance, assessment, cancellation, refund policy, certificate requirements, and conduct rules must be stated in the relevant programme description or enrolment agreement. Participation does not guarantee employment, placement, income, or vendor certification.
7. Confidentiality and Conduct
Users and participants must not disclose confidential information or use unauthorised code, datasets, accounts, or customer materials. Access to a system or learning environment is limited to permissions expressly granted.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Some services or learning activities may use third-party platforms, tools, or software. Their separate terms and licences may apply. Mahem does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes or outages outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law and contract.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mahem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from general website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limits for paid services should be stated in the applicable signed agreement and reviewed by legal counsel.
10. Suspension and Changes
We may update website content or suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or misuse. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law. Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution clause should be reviewed and completed for the company’s actual registered location and business structure before publication.
